I, the parent/guardian of the above-mentioned student, have read and accepted the admission rules and regulations. I agree to pay the monthly fee (£35 for the first child, £30 for the second child and £25 each for the rest of the children) in advance no later than the 5th of each month. I also understand that the fee is payable for all holidays (official five weeks holidays/authorised absences/unauthorised absences).
