Admission Rules and Regulations for Students and Parents. 24th November 2023

  • First session: Tuesday, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
  • Second session: Saturday, 10:00 am to 1:30 pm.

A one-off charge for books and bags, if needed, will be collected. Please bring your own bag for books.

  • £35 for the first child, £30 for the second child, and £25 each for the rest of the children.
  • Fee to be paid in advance for all holidays (official, authorized, or unauthorized absences).

Parents/guardians are requested to ensure timely payment by the 1st of each month, using a standing order with the child’s name as a payment reference.

To stay informed about your child’s progress, fees, leave, and other matters, please provide a contact number and email address for a parent or guardian. We prefer using WhatsApp for regular communication.

Eight weeks of holidays per year, including four weeks in August and the rest around Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Easter and Christmas Day.

Students must be present in class five minutes before the class starts.

Any absences must be informed, and approval should be sought in advance.

Students must respect the Masjid and behave appropriately.

Strict policy against bullying; anyone found bullying will be expelled.

Video games, toys, comics, etc., are strictly forbidden. Mobile phones should be switched off in the premises.

No sweets or drinks allowed in the class. Water bottles are permitted.

Children should be modestly dressed according to Islamic teachings. Girls are recommended to wear hijab/headscarf. No jewellery is allowed.

Pupils leaving Madrasa must give written notification at least one month in advance.
